Victorian ‘Architects Code of Professional Conduct’

In May 2015, new regulations under the Victorian Architects Act introduced a mandatory ‘Architects Code of Professional Conduct’ (the Vic Code) for all Victorian architects.

The Vic Code defines the standard of professional conduct and practice for architects registered in Victoria. The Architects Registration Board of Victoria (ARBV) enforces this Code, under the Architects Act 1991 (Vic), and can also prepare and publish guidelines on professional conduct and practice.
