OHS concepts and principles

While OHS theory would have us believe that we can eliminate risks in occupational sites, it is practically impossible despite the best protections of good practice in 'designing out' all the hazards. The most effective practice is to put in place management systems for assessing and reducing risks to the minimum and to provide audit trails to establish reasonable practice in the event of questions arising as a result of an OHS concern.
