Client information notes have been prepared as a resource to assist architects to help their clients or potential clients understand some of the issues associated with a building project. It is intended that they can be provided to clients or potential clients as a directly downloadable, printable and/or sharable document, with no editing required by the architectural practice. These notes are presented with the Acumen and Australian Institute of Architects (the Institute) logo, as this provides credibility of the information provided and associates the information directly to its official source.
The client information notes cover a range of issues that most commonly concern clients as they commence a project, or during its design and/or construction.
