The Architects Act 2002 (Qld) requires the Board of Architects of Queensland to make a code of practice to provide guidance to architects registered in Queensland as to minimum standards of professional conduct in the provision of architectural services and the practice of architecture. The code is reviewed at least every three years to ensure it remains relevant in targeting areas of risk to the profession.
