Use of images submitted in the National Architecture Awards program
The Australian Institute of Architects may use images submitted in the National Architecture Awards program for the purposes of promoting architecture and the Australian architectural profession. However, entrants are given the option to opt out of their images being used for other purposes not promoting the Awards.
When commissioning architectural photography for use in the National Architecture Awards program (and opting in for images being used for other purposes not promoting the Awards), entrants must ensure to negotiate appropriate usage rights with their photographer for third party use by the Institute. Please refer to the above resources for further information regarding photography usage rights and licences or visit the National Architecture Awards website for the Awards program’s terms and conditions.
