Gender equity

The participation rate and progression of women within the architectural profession is disproportionately low compared to the number of women graduates in architecture, and other professions at large. Research has highlighted a need for the development of guidelines and policies leading to the provision of equal opportunities, rights and benefits to all within the profession.
