Effective employment agreements not only set out salary, employment conditions and other statutory entitlements but will also include provisions addressing performance assessment, career opportunities and the aspirations of the practice.
The Architects Award 2020 applies to all registered architects, graduates of architecture and students of architecture in businesses operating in the private sector in ACT, NSW, NT, SA, TAS, QLD and VIC and incorporated (eg Pty Ltd or Ltd companies) businesses in Western Australia.
