Regulations under the Architects Act 1991 (Vic) incorporate the Victorian Architects Code of Professional Conduct (the Code) that sets out professional standards obligations for all Victorian architects (See Architects Regulations 2015 (Vic), Schedule 1).
The Code sets out the standard of professional conduct and practice for architects registered in Victoria. The Architects Registration Board of Victoria (ARBV) enforces this Code under the Architects Act 1991 and prepares and publishes guidelines on professional conduct and practice under Regulation 7 of the Architects Regulations 2015.
