There are probably few architectural practices that operate without teamwork. A small practice is a team in itself. A large office often comprises a number of teams – design, project, documentation and so on. Even a single practitioner may work in a team formed for a specific project comprising other consultants and the building contractor. Architects traditionally play a major role in putting the team together for specific projects.
