Rating systems provide a framework through which to communicate the environmental performance characteristics of a project to stakeholders and the community. Examples include NABERS, Green Star, BREEAM, LEED, Living Building Challenge, One Planet Living, PassivHaus, WELL Building Standard, eTool and NCC Section J.
