Closing a practice

This Note describes the various situations leading to the closure of an architectural firm and what needs to be considered before proceeding with the decision to close. 

In situations where there is a sudden death or other circumstance where immediate closure of the firm is the only option, the note provides some guidance as to what needs to be done and the legal requirements to be addressed.
